Candles

All of our luxury candles are odor eliminating. This means that unlike other candles that simply mask odors only for as long as they are lit, our candles naturally remove malodors from the air, leaving your home smelling fresh long after the candle is extinguished. Our candles are crafted from a proprietary blend of apricot and coconut waxes, cotton wicks and nontoxic fragrance oils created exclusively for The Worthington Collection. We hand pour each candle with love and take pride in our packaging and design to provide you with our exclusive and truly luxury candles.

All of our candles are clean burning and free of toxins. Our exclusive fragrances are developed by renowned master perfumers and consist of both natural and safe synthetic ingredients. Our fragrances never contain phthalates and parabens and we adhere to strict global safety standards and perform rigorous testing in accordance with IFRA guidelines. All of our products are vegan and cruelty free and do not contain any of the following ingredients: bisphenol A(BPA), parabens , formaldehydes, formaldehyde-releasing chemicals, Sulfates SLS and SLES, phthalates, mineral oil, animal fats, animal oils and musks, benzalkonium chloride, toluene, resorcinol, acetone, butoxyethanol, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, methyl cellosolve, methylisothiazolinone/ methylchloroisothiazolinone, mercury and mercury compounds (thimerosal), coal tar, hydroquinone monomethyl ether, triclosan, triclocarban, PTFE/PFOA, styrene, retinyl palmitate, oxybenzone, polyacrylamide/acrylamide, acetaldehyde, acetonitrile, methylene chloride.

After several months of rigorous testing, we formulated luxury candles designed to be highly fragranced without being overpowering. All of our candles are the same size and contain three cotton wicks to provide an optimal scent throw. We worked with renowned perfumers to create custom fragrances that set our luxury candle brand apart from all others. We stand behind the quality of all our luxury candles. No. All of our candles are 100% cruelty free and vegan.

Here are some tips to ensure that you burn your candle safely:

  1. When you light your candle, allow enough time for the wax to melt completely to the edges of the container to avoid tunneling.
  2. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep burning candles within sight at all times. Do not burn while sleeping.
  3. Never burn a candle on or near anything that is flammable or can catch fire. This includes papers, books, fabric, bedding, towels, drapery, decorations, etc. To be safe, you should always burn your candle on a stable, clear surface.
  4. Keep candles away from children and pets at all times.
  5. Avoid burning candles for more than 3-4 hours at a time.
  6. Keep burning candles away from air vents, fans, air conditioners, drafts and open windows.
  7. If the candle’s flame becomes too high or flickers excessively, extinguish the flame immediately. Wait for the wax to harden and trim the wick to ¼ inch before re-lighting.
  8. Avoid handling, holding or moving a burning candle.
  9. Do not extinguish the flame with water, gently blow out the flame or use a candle snuffer.
  10. Do not place the candle lid on the candle while it’s burning.

All of our candles are designed to provide up to 80 hours of burn time with proper use and care:

  1. When you light your candle for the first time, make sure the entire top layer of wax liquifies before extinguishing the flame. Failure to do so may cause uneven wax and tunneling.
  2. Trim wicks to 1/4 inch before each burn by using a pair of scissors or a wick trimmer. This will ensure a steady, soot free flame.
  3. Do not burn your candles for more than 3-4 hours at a time. When there is about ½ inch of wax remaining in the vessel, it is time to replace your candle for a new one.
    Re-purpose your vessel: Our vessels are reusable! Simply place the vessel in the freezer for a few hours to remove the remaining wax. You can then reuse your vessel as a plant pot, flower vase or an organizer for your vanity area. We would love to see how you repurpose your vessels. Currently, all of our candles are the same size. The candle vessel is 3” tall and 4 1/8” wide. Each vessel is filled with 12oz of wax which provides up to 80 hours of burn time.

All retail purchases of The Worthington Collection products are for personal use only. By purchasing products from The Worthington Collection, you agree not to resell or distribute such products for any commercial purposes. If we have reason to suspect that you are purchasing products for the purpose of reselling, we reserve the right to reject or cancel any such order.

Orders

You can view your order status on your Account page. Your order status will be updated once you are charged and also when your order is shipped.

Payment

Your payment method will be charged as soon as your order has been accepted and processed.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and JCB credit cards and debit cards. We also accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Yes! You can use Shop Pay installments to pay for your purchase in 4 interest free installments. Simply add items to your cart, check out with Shop Pay, and choose to pay in 4 installments. 

Your first payment is either due at checkout or 2 weeks after your purchase. The next 3 remaining installments are automatically charged to your card saved on Shop Pay every 2 weeks. Don't worry, you'll get an email reminder before each payment to remind you.

Shipping

The Worthington Collection currently ships to the 50 United States. Please expect longer shipping and delivery times when shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. We currently do not ship to Puerto Rico.

Orders generally arrive in 2-5 business days. Please be advised that orders may be delayed during the holidays. If you need an order expedited, please email us and we will do our best to assist. Please note we only ship within the USA!

Due to COVID, orders may take 2-5 days to process. We apologize for this delay. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.

Return & Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact support@theworthingtoncollection.com and provide your order number (located on your order confirmation email). All returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, as well as the original cost of shipping to you.

Please be advised that we cannot refund or replace lost, stolen or orders that go missing once they are delivered to the shipping carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier identified in your Order status email for lost or missing packages.

Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive your return for your refund to be processed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, as well as the original cost of shipping to you.
